How is a pallet
block produced?

Protecting forests and woodlands is crucial for preserving biodiversity, counteracting the effects of climate change and limiting the consequences of pollution.
Being sustainability-conscious means creating a product in a way that limits environmental impact as much as possible. This is why, when ECOBLOKS® was founded, we chose to develop a totally sustainable production system that excludes deforestation and promotes an efficient use and awareness of limited resources.

ASSEMBLY AND USE
OF PALLETS

Customers assemble pallets for use in the handling, storage and transport of goods.

RECYCLING WOOD FROM
COLLECTION CENTERS

At the end of their life cycle, the pallets are disposed of and reclaimed by the collection centers.

RECLAMATION OF WOOD FROM
COLLECTION CENTERS

Wood collected from the collection centers of Italy and France reaches the ECOBLOKS® plant.

PURIFICATION
AND DRYING

Wood waste is treated in a plant that removes impurities, refining the resulting product to the correct grain size before drying using the smoke from the thermal grid then mixing with thermosetting adhesives.

BLOCK
FORMATION

In accordance with the type of pallet block, the moulding process is carried out using extrusion presses or single-daylight presses.

SALES AND DISTRIBUTION
TO CUSTOMERS

The blocks are distributed to ECOBLOKS® customers.
